If your character has a prosthetic, please let me know if it is okay with you, the player, for Rocket to joke about requiring, buying, or stealing the prosthetic, and if it's okay for him to ever attempt to actually acquire it. I will make him fail by default unless it's approved to make him succeed temporarily. He's not mean enough to steal something another character will die without, but there's an ongoing joke in canon where he acquires prosthetics.
